Orienting the sustainable development of the Saigon3 Garment Joint Stock Company , VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER was established with the following criteria:
1. Objective:
To support workers in the area who need training and working.
To make opportunities for workers who don’t have skills or want to improve their skills for better income.
To take full advantage of the potential of premises, equipment and technical staff to implement the above requirements effectively.
2. Trainees:
Labors in the area and current employees who need to be trained about garment industry.
Less-skilled workers need to raise skills in order to meet production requirements.
3. Time, place and support oftraining:
Time:
Training Program lasts 1-2 months.
Time of class: From 8.00 to 20.00. Time of each class will be arranged according to the number of registered trainees.
For workers working in factories, the Center will open from 16.00 to 18.00 or from 18.00 to 20.00 on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
Surport:
Free training
For workers in the area, current employees will be recruited after a month of training (if required) and the company will support in three months: 500,000 VND / person / month besides their salary.
Workers of our factories will have 30,000 VND / session allowance. | | |
