 | Recruitment and training The labors are recruited from various sources and examined their qualifications by SaiGon3. Untrained labors will be going through a training program which is closely based on practical experiences & working reality.
The common objective after training is: the labors have certain skills and are possible to self-study in actual work so that they can meet demands of the assembly-line.
Experience Most labors of Saigon 3 has already been producing orders from oversea partners such as Uniqlo, Levi’s, Tommy Hilfiger, Perry Ellis, A&F, DKNY, etc. Which always have high criteria expectation. All products made by Saigon3 have met partners’ satisfaction.
Continuous training The garment products keep changing all the time which brings more presure on production qualification. Therefore, training for labor is a long-term and continuous program.
Besides training new trainees, SaiGon3 annually organizes or collaborates with other specialized organizations to improve professionality included product quality control, design, diagram, administration, foreign language, advance training for heads, teams, etc. | |  |
