Recruitment and training
The labors are recruited by various sources by SaiGon3, who will take professional skills. For untrained labors that will be trained by the company with subjects to be wholly and thoroughly composed as well as under actual practices of international orders during the time.
A common objective after training that the labors have certain skills and are possible to self-study in actual work and meet demands of the assembly-line.

Experience
SaiGon3's most labors have already been engaged in orders from oversea partners such as Uniqlo, Levi’s, DKNY, Columbia, JC Penney, etc. These orders always have highly criteria and all products made by SaiGon3's labors are satisfactory to the partners. 

Continuous training
The garment products keep changeable during the time thereby pressuring on production qualification. So, SaiGon3's training issue to the labors is implemented continuously.
Besides new trainees, SaiGon3 is annually organized by itself or in collaboration with other specialized organizations to improve professionals included product quality control, designing, diagram, administration, foreign language, advance training for heads, teams, etc.
