Through the application of social accountability system SA8000, we always take care of the living of workers, create opportunities and encourage staff to participate in training courses to meet the requirements of production and to enhance our business development.

Saigon 3 Garment Joint Stock Company always improves and enhances the regulations and policies for employees, which shows the responsibilities as well as the interest of the company leadership to the staff. We are committed to implementing social policies, workers'right under the labor law of Vietnam.
